This promotion is valid only during the dates mentioned. It is an extraordinary promotional activity and does not modify contracts signed outside the expressly established periods or conditions.

Ten (10) incentives will be available for the first 10 units that enter into a residential lease agreement during the promotion period and whose move-in process takes place between April 1 and April 30, 2026.

The incentive consists of a discount equivalent to one (1) month of base rent, applied to the first month of the lease.

The benefit applies exclusively to base rent and does not include or cover:
• Management/administration fees,
• Utilities,
• Additional services contracted by the tenant,
• Extraordinary charges or any other cost different from the base rent of the property.

To qualify for the promotion, the lease agreement must have a minimum term of 13 months.

This promotion is valid only for new contracts and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Only one (1) incentive will apply per unit.
